Haskap berries hail originally from Japan where they are known as the "fruit of life and vision" or as honey berries. The taste profile includes the sweetness of the blueberry, the sourness of the rasberries and the tartness of the currants. We grow it organically here on the farm and we harvest them by hand during three weeks in the end of July. The jam is handmade using only the haskap berries and organic sugar. Spread the jam on a toast, biscuits or add it to cheesecake, ice cream or plain yogurt.
