Haskap berries have been grown for hundreds of years in Hokkaido- Japan, known as the "fruit of life and vision." The taste profile includes the sweetness of the blueberry, the sourness of the raspberries, and the currants' tartness. We grow it organically here on the farm, and we harvest them by hand for three weeks at the end of July. The jam is handmade using only the haskap berries and organic sugar. Spread the haskap berry jam on toast, biscuits or add it to cheesecake, ice cream or plain yogurt.
